Third Year (T.Y.) & Second Year (S.Y.)
  1. Create ABC ID at https://www.abc.gov.in/ or on the DigiLocker app.
  2. Fill out and download the Anti-Ragging undertaking from https://www.antiragging.in/.
  3. Fill out the admission form at https://shorturl.at/NAEO4.
  4. Submit the following documents:
    • Two photocopies of Sem I–IV results (including ATKT if applicable). P.G. II students need only Sem I & II.
    • One photocopy of the Aadhar Card.
    • Printout of ABC ID card.
    • Three recent passport-size photographs.

Additional Documents (T.Y. Students from Other Colleges)

  • Original + two photocopies of HSC and Sem I–IV Results (Regular & ATKT).
  • Original + two photocopies of HSC Leaving Certificate.
  • NOC from previous college + one photocopy.
  • Eligibility Status Report from previous college.
  • Student Profile printout (exam details from previous college).
  • Transfer Certificate (after admission confirmation).
First Year (F.Y.)
  1. Create ABC ID at https://www.abc.gov.in/ or on the DigiLocker app.
  2. Fill out and download the Anti-Ragging undertaking from https://www.antiragging.in/.
  3. Create a new Gmail ID.
  4. Fill out the admission form at https://shorturl.at/rDRrI.
  5. Submit the following documents:
    • Two printouts of University online pre-registration.
    • Original HSC Marksheet & Leaving Certificate.
    • Three photocopies of the HSC Marksheet & Leaving Certificate.
    • One photocopy of the SSC Marksheet & Board Certificate.
    • One photocopy of the Aadhar Card (self-attested).
    • Printout of ABC ID card.
    • Three recent passport-size photos (Name & Class written).
    • Caste Certificate (if applicable).
    • Gap Certificate (if applicable).
    • HSC Private candidates must also bring an SSC LC photocopy.

Additional Documents (F.Y. Students from Other Boards)

  • Migration Certificate.
  • Transfer Certificate (T.C. with Z.P. sign required for U.P. Board).
  • 10th & 12th pass marksheets and passing certificates—2 photocopies attested by the principal. (English is compulsory for B.A. & B.Sc.)
  • 12th Admit Card photocopy.
  • Verification Report for students from:
    • V.B.S. Purvanchal University
    • Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education
    • Karnataka Board of Pre-University Education
    • Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education
    • Punjab School Education Board
    • Maharashtra Rajya Pariksha Parishad, Pune
    • Haryana Board of School Education
    • U.P. Board of High School and Intermediate
  • International students (NRI or holding a foreign passport) must apply via the University of Mumbai.
