Governance Overview M.S. College is committed to transparent, responsible, and participative governance that supports academic excellence and the overall development of students. The institution functions through clearly defined roles and responsibilities, with effective coordination between the management, principal, faculty, administrative staff, and various committees.
The governance framework promotes accountability, ethical administration, quality improvement, and student-centric decision-making. Er. Mohammed Shoeb Habibullah Khan, Founder & President of Habib Educational & Welfare Society, has been instrumental in advancing the institution’s vision of accessible and quality education. His leadership continues to guide the Society towards academic excellence, holistic development, and social empowerment.
