FINANCE & PURCHASE COMMITTEE:
The Finance & Purchase Committee is responsible for managing the institution’s financial planning, budgeting, and procurement processes. It ensures proper allocation and utilization of funds in a transparent and accountable manner. The committee oversees purchasing of equipment, materials, and services in compliance with institutional and government norms. It promotes financial discipline, cost-effectiveness, and efficient resource management.
