Unfair Means Committee
The committee was established to look into claims that students used unfair methods to pass exams.
Exam malpractice is handled by the college in accordance with University of Mumbai Notifications (Ordinance 5050), Maharashtra ACT XXXI of 1982, and its own policies and procedures.
The Committee has the authority to impose sanctions for using unethical methods during a college examination.
Objectives:
- To look into instances of students using unethical exam-taking strategies.
- To carry out an objective investigation in opposition to any unfair means case.
- To present to the Principal any course of action in relation to unjust cases.
- To give advice to the pupils who are using unfair tactics.
- To act as the investigating body in cases where complaints alleging unfair practices have been made against any other individual who has been directly or indirectly involved in the examination work.
