1️⃣ Commitment to Students

  • 🤝 Respect the dignity, rights, and individuality of every student.

  • 🎓 Promote intellectual, moral, social, and emotional development.

  • 💡 Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and academic excellence.

  • 🛡️ Protect students from discrimination, harassment, and unfair treatment.

  • 🔒 Maintain strict confidentiality of student information.


2️⃣ Professional Conduct

  • 🧑‍🏫 Maintain honesty, integrity, and fairness in all academic duties.

  • 🚫 Avoid plagiarism, academic fraud, and unethical practices.

  • 📘 Perform teaching, mentoring, evaluation, and guidance sincerely.

  • ⏰ Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professionalism.


3️⃣ Commitment to the Institution

  • 🏛️ Follow all college policies and UGC regulations.

  • 📈 Work toward the institution’s growth, development, and reputation.

  • 📚 Participate actively in academic & administrative activities.

  • ❌ Avoid actions that harm the institution’s image or functioning.


4️⃣ Professional Development

  • 📖 Update subject knowledge and teaching skills regularly.

  • 🔬 Engage in research, publications, seminars, and workshops.

  • 🧠 Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

  • 💼 Encourage academic curiosity among students and colleagues.


5️⃣ Relationship with Colleagues

  • 🤗 Maintain respectful, cooperative, and supportive relationships.

  • ⚖️ Avoid discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, or beliefs.

  • 👥 Encourage teamwork and constructive communication.

  • 🤝 Support colleagues in academic and institutional responsibilities.


6️⃣ Social Responsibility

  • 🇮🇳 Promote national values, constitutional duties, and ethical conduct.

7️⃣ Avoiding Misconduct

Teachers shall:

  • 🎁 Not accept gifts, favors, or money from students or parents.

  • 🚫 Not take private tuition that interferes with institutional duties.

  • 🛠️ Not misuse college property or resources for personal gain.

  • ⚠️ Not engage in behavior that harms students physically, mentally, or academically.

  • 🙅 Not exploit authority or position for personal benefit.
