VACCINATION DRIVE PROGRAM

⭕Important Notice for Students ⭕
This is to inform all the students of M.S. COLLEGE that Higher and Technical Education Department of Maharashtra Government has initiated" Mission Yuva Swasthya " for Vaccination of College Students (Age 18+) from 25th October till 2nd November 2021 . for this Mission Yuva Swasthya.
Eligible Students are informed to get Vaccinated in this Mission Yuva Swasthya Vaccination drive at M.S. COLLEGE in association with TMC from Tuesday, 26th October till Wednesday, 27th October 2021.
Only 18 above students are allowed. Students are informed to have breakfast or lunch compulsory before vaccination. Vaccine should not be taken with empty stomach. Vaccination is FREE of Cost.
Students are hereby informed to bring the necessary documents:-
v For the 1st Dose :-
1. Fee Receipt
2. Original Aadhar Card
3. Co-WIN App Registration. ( Optional )
v For the 2nd Dose :-
1. Fee Receipt
2. Original Aadhar Card
3. First vaccine dose certificate
4. Co-WIN App Registration. ( Optional )
Timing for Covishield :- 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
Timing for Covaxin :- 03.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.
